Oracle Big Data Appliance 5.2 Available Now!

 

다양한 소스에서 생성된 대량의 데이터 워크로드를 신속하게 대규모로 입수하고

정리해 분석하도록 설계된 종합 빅데이터 플랫폼인 Oracle Big Data Appliance 5.2를 사용할 수 있게 되었습니다.

 

기본적으로 Big Data를 다루는 Appliance 이며 아래와 같은 부분이 개선되었다고 합니다.

 

  • Cloudera Enterprise 6.3.4 - the latest available release of Cloudera 6
  • Big Data SQL 4.1 - the latest Big Data SQL release allows you to query data across Hadoop, Oracle Database, Kafka and No SQL Stores
  • Enhanced High Availability - High Availability expanded to HiveServer2 and Oozie
  • In-Place Procedure for Migrating Oracle Linux 6 Clusters to Oracle Linux 7
  • Improved security posture - several improvements have been made that improve the security of a BDA cluster out-of-the-box and should reduce the impact of future vulnerabilities
