MOS Note:884522.1 - New preupgrd.sql available

Whenever you attempt to upgrade an Oracle database to Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 please get themost recent version of preupgrd.sql, the preupgrade check script, (including theutluppkg.sql package) from MOS Note:884522.1 first.

preupgrd.sql

The new version has many improvements over the previous one - and it is more than 2 years "younger" then the one you'll get with a standard installation of Oracle Database 12.1.0.2. It will give you also good advice when you are planning a migration.
